1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Cardisat™ ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Subscription Terms

Cardisat™ offers auto-renewable subscriptions with a 7-day free trial:

• Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly after the trial period
• Yearly Subscription: Billed annually after the trial period (best value)
• Free Trial: 7 days included with your first subscription

Subscription pricing is displayed in the App Store before purchase, and within the App when managing your subscription.

3. Auto-Renewal and Billing

Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate you selected.

During your free trial, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will automatically be charged for a full subscription period.

4. Managing Your Subscription

You can view, change, or cancel your subscription at any time:

• Open the Settings app on your device
• Tap your name at the top
• Tap "Subscriptions"
• Select Cardisat™
• Make changes or cancel

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to all features until that time.

5. Refund Policy

All purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy. Cardisat does not process refunds directly. To request a refund:

• Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
• Sign in with your Apple ID
• Find your Cardisat purchase
• Follow Apple's refund request process

6. Health Information Disclaimer

Cardisat is designed to help you track and monitor your saturated fat intake for general wellness purposes. The App is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

The dietary guidelines and daily limit recommendations displayed in the App (such as the American Heart Association's 13g/day guideline) are provided for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet or if you have any health concerns.

Camera Access: Cardisat uses your device camera solely to scan product barcodes for nutritional lookup. No images are stored, uploaded, or shared.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Use the App in any manner that could harm, disable, or impair its functionality
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
• Use automated systems to access the App without permission

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its original content, features, functionality, and design are owned by Innovative Graphics, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Data: You retain all rights to the dietary and health data you enter into the App. By using the App, you do not grant us any rights to your personal data beyond what is necessary to provide the App's functionality on your local device and iCloud account.

9. App Functionality

Cardisat provides tools to help you monitor and manage your saturated fat intake. Features include:

• Daily Tracking: Log saturated fat entries by meal and food category
• Food Search: Search 7,800+ foods from the USDA SR Legacy nutritional database
• Barcode Scanner: Look up packaged food nutrition via barcode (Open Food Facts)
• Favorites: Save frequently logged foods for quick access
• History & Charts: Review past intake with daily and weekly charts
• Lipid Panel: Log and track cholesterol blood test results over time
• Calorie Calculator: Estimate daily calorie needs and recommended fat limits
• iCloud Sync: Optional synchronization of your data across your Apple devices
• Apple Watch: Quick logging from your wrist

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In no event shall Innovative Graphics, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the App
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any interruption or cessation of the App
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code
• Any errors or omissions in any content
• Any reliance on nutritional or health information provided by the App

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Innovative Graphics, Inc., and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document
• Providing notice within the App

Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App will immediately cease
• Your subscription will not be refunded (subject to Apple's refund policy)
• You must delete the App from your devices

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

15. Dispute Resolution

For any dispute you have with Innovative Graphics, you agree to first contact us at Apps.Support@Innovative-Graphics.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. In the unlikely event that we have not been able to resolve a dispute within 60 days, you and we agree to resolve through binding arbitration or small claims court instead of courts of general jurisdiction.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Innovative Graphics regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

18. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
