Your Privacy Matters: i-Studio is designed with privacy at its core. Your photos stay on your device. We don't upload, store, or share your photos on external servers.

Innovative Graphics, Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the i-Studio mobile application ("the App").

2.2 Photo Access

Your photos are never uploaded to our servers. The App requires access to your Photos library to provide its core functionality:

Viewing and organizing your photos
Creating albums and folders
Editing photos with PhotoStudio
Reviewing photos with SwipeClean

All photo processing occurs locally on your device. We do not have access to, upload, or store your photos on any external servers.

2.3 Automatic Information Collection

We may automatically collect certain information about your device and how you use the App:

Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers
Usage Data: Features used, time spent in app, crash reports (anonymized)

4. iCloud Sync (Multiple devices)

iCloud sync in the App:

Album and Folder Organization: Your album structure, folder names, and photo metadata are synced via your personal iCloud account
Your iCloud, Your Control: This data is stored in your iCloud account, not on our servers
Apple's Privacy Policy: iCloud data is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy
Photo References Only: We sync organization data (which photos are in which albums), but never the photos themselves

Most of your data is stored locally on your device:

All photos remain in your Photos library

Note: Since we do not collect or store your data on our servers, there is no data for us to access, correct, or delete. All data is under your direct control on your device and in your iCloud account.

i-Studio is not intended for children under the age of 13.

Important: We do not collect or store any personal information on our servers from any users, including children. All data is stored locally on the user's device or in their personal iCloud account.
